Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the referring page. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Contact form submissions

When you contact us we keep what you send: your name, email address, organization, role, and message. We use it to reply to you and to follow up about OpsBuilder.

OpsBuilder software

Self-hosted deployments

• No telemetry: the software does not collect or transmit usage data
• No cloud connectivity: prompts, generated code, and workspaces stay on your infrastructure
• No analytics: we cannot see what you generate or investigate

Hosted deployments

• Your workspace data, including prompts and generated code, is stored on infrastructure we operate
• We access it only to operate the service, to support you at your request, or when required by law
• We do not use your data to train models for other customers
• You can export your workspace at any time and ask us to delete it

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries
• To provide and support the hosted service
• To keep this website running and secure
• To send product communications you have asked for

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the hosted service, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
